All of our rings are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.

We take great care in crafting and delivering your ring. Current production and shipping times are listed on our website and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
